Real-time w a v e f o r mStorage w a v e f o r mExample: When checking that the waveform is present onthe CRT after setting the AC-GND-DC switch toAC mode in DISPLAY MODE-REAL2) Set the DISPALY @ to STORE, and turn the STOREINTEN © clockwise (to display READOUT andSTORAGE data simultaneously) or counterclockwise(to display STORAGE data only). Adjust the luminancelevel, if required.Set the AC-GND-DC switch to GND mode, and adjustthe STORAGE POSI so that the storage GNDluminance line is displayed at the center of the CRT.With this operation, the positions of the real-timewaveform and the storage waveform are set correctly.(The real-time waveform and the storage waveformare superimposed completely when the DISPLAYMODE is set to R & S.)When the AC-GND-DC switch is set to AC or DC, theWRITE LED (@) lights, to show that writing intomemory is being performed. When writing is com-pleted, the storage waveform will be displayed. In thismode, writing into memory or reading out frommemory is performed at every trigger signal.0%-Example: When the storage GND line is displayed atthe center of the CRT with the DISPLAYMODE set to STOREExample: When storing a waveform after the AC-GND-DC switch is set to AC with theDISPLAY MODE set to STORE3) When the DISPLAY @ is set to R & S, both the real-time waveform and the storage waveform will bedisplayed. The storage waveform can be used for readout only. In this mode, comparison between a real-timewaveform and a storage waveform is made possible. When the real-time waveform is made possible. Whenthe real-time waveform and the storage waveform aresuperimposed, and thus hard to decipher, adjust theSTORAGE POSI to shift the storage waveform to aposition where it can be observed easily. In this case, if the real-time waveform is shirfted withthe Y POSITION, it will be necessary to check theGND level again, because it will be shifted when thewaveform is stored by setting the DISPLAY MODE toSTORE.Example: When the real-time waveform and thes t o r a g e w a v e f o r m are d i s p l a y e dsimultaneously with the DISPLAY MODE setto R & S4) When the DISPLAY @ is set to PEN, only the storagewaveform is displayed. The storage waveform can beused to read out only, and writing becomes impossi-ble. Observe the waveforms in this mode. After matching the real-time GND level with thestorage GND level, if the STORAGE POSI is turned, theGND level of the storage waveform will be varied.
