By default, it has the value 3,which means that disks requests can be treated during 3 secondsafter Neoware Image Manager virtual disks have received the sys-tem shutdown request to power off or re-start the Client.This grace delay may be needed by some system components, espe-cially some network card drivers.You can tune this parameter according to experience. If some prob-lems at shutdown occur, such as the client PC not being actuallyshutdown, with black screen or still with the mouse pointer beingdisplayed, you can increase the shutdown_timeout parameter.
