29Service Manual – SC6000 04 - Control SystemService MenuThe Service menu provides access to diagnostic tools for troubleshooting the machine Except for the PanelTest, each of these entries brings up a submenu for the applicablesystem module or function To aid in navigating this information, these submenus are hyperlinked below:• “E2 Main Controller” on page 29• “E3 Power Module” on page 30• “E4 Drive Controller” on page 31• “Output Test” on page 32• “Panel Test” on page 34E2 Main ControllerIn addition to communicating with the other machine controllers, the main controller includes some directinput and output functions for sensors and low-power devices This menu displays the status of the variousinput and output signalsBattery Voltage: This shows the actual battery voltage as seen bythe Main Controller This voltage should be slightly less than theactual battery voltage as measured at the batteries due to minorvoltage drop in the wiring to the control panelMain Relay (KSI Out): This is an output indicator for the KSI relay, which is controlled by the Main Controller. This signifies that thecontroller is commanding the KSI relay to closeSolution Solenoid: This is the output indicator for the solution solenoid. It signifies that the controller iscommanding the solenoid to be activeHeadlight: This is an output indicator to signify when the headlight output is activeEmergency SW (E-Stop): This is the input signal from the E-stopswitch The E-stop switch is active-open (i e normally closed), so thisinput should normally be a “1” unless the E-stop button is depressed.OBC Interlock (Charger): This is the input from the Onboardcharger, if present When the charger is not installed, this inputis always zero, and ignored by the controller However, when thecharger is installed, a zero indicates the charger is plugged in, andthe system should be disabledSeat Switch: This is the input from the operator’s seat switch to verify the operator is in position to operatethe machine The switch is closed when the operator is seatedDust Guard Solenoid: This is the output to the optional Dust Guard misting solenoidBackup Alarm: This is the output to the optional backup alarmDetergent Pump 1 and 2: These two entries are the outputs to thetwo optional detergent pumpsKSI (KSI In): This is a confirmation input from the KSI relay, sothat the controller knows that the relay is active when commandedThis input also provides additional battery power for the higherpower outputs from the controllerE2 Main ControllerJ1-14 BACKUP ALARMBack ScrollM8 DETERGENT PUMP 1M9 DETERGENT PUMP 2J1-20 KSI0001ValueSchematicIdentifierMenu Level Menu NameDescriptionE2 Main ControllerJ1-1 B+ (V)Back ScrollJ1-3 MAIN RELAYJ1-4 SOLUTION SOLJ1-9 HEADLIGHT35.60101E2 Main ControllerJ1-10 EMERGENCY SWBack ScrollJ1-11 OBC INTERLOCKJ1-12 SEAT SWJ1-13 DUST GUARD SOL1010E2 Main ControllerJ1-14 BACKUP ALARMBack ScrollM8 DETERGENT PUMP 1M9 DETERGENT PUMP 2J1-20 KSI0001
