152 Telephone user interfaceSchedule a conferenceWhen using the TUI scheduler, first enter the TUI user ID and password.If a port is reserved for the TUI, only 31 ports are available for conferenceuse. After scheduling a conference using the TUI, the BUI can be used toview, modify, or delete the conference.The conference defined from the TUI has default attributes. Define theconference parameters, through the telephone keypad, at the prompts of aguided voice menu. The ICB plays messages when an error is made.Note: There are up to seven minutes to schedule a conference with theTUI. After seven minutes, the ICB sends a voice message indicating thatthe allotted time is over. The ICB then disconnects the call.The ICB sets up the following default attributes:• entry and exit by name• no custom greeting• no conference expansion• no name for the name of the conference• no name for the name of the chairpersonTo schedule a conference through the TUI, follow the steps in Procedure 21"Use the TUI to schedule a conference" (page 152).Procedure 21Use the TUI to schedule a conferenceStep Action1 Dial the TUI DN.2 At the prompt, enter your TUI user ID.3 At the prompt, enter your password (6 digits).4 At the prompt, enter the date and time of the conference (optional).The default is the current day and time.5 At the prompt, enter the duration of the conference.6 At the prompt, enter the number of ports required for the conference.7 At the prompt, enter the Conferee DN (optional).If a DN is not entered, the ICB card generates one.
