157Microsoft Outlook GUIPurpose This chapter describes how to use the Microsoft Outlook/Exchange GUI foraudio conference scheduling.The chapter contains the following sections:• "Overview" (page 83) - introduces the Microsoft Outlook GUI and itssystem requirements.• "Scheduling BUI" (page 89) - describes the interface that users andsuper-users can use to schedule conferences.• "Setting a delegate user for Microsoft Outlook Calendar" (page 174) -describes the process that users can use to delegate a user.Overview Users using Microsoft Outlook can schedule and manage ICB conferenceinformation using Microsoft Outlook as an alternative to the Browser UserInterface. To access the ICB server, use the following Microsoft calendarGUIs:• Microsoft Outlook, version 2000, XP, or 2003.• Microsoft Exchange, version 5.5, 2000, or 2003.Since meetings automatically appear in the user’s Outlook calendar, the userdoes not have to book the meeting in two places: Browser User Interfaceand Microsoft Outlook. Microsoft Outlook sends out e-mail invitations toall invited parties. When the meeting is created, the conference DN andpassword are added to the e-mail invitation. The chairperson information isnot added. This information can be verified by pressing the Display button.ICB conferences can be scheduled up to one year in advance.Recurrent meetings can be created in Microsoft Outlook. Meetings can bescheduled up to one year in advance up to 52 occurrences.
