Do that by either opening the lid and following the cablesor by removing one hard drive and observing which drive is marked dead by thesystem. If the drive matches the graphic location on the Windows MegaRAIDconsole, proceed with the next step.Full data backupATTENTIONAs an extra precaution, Nortel recommends that a full system backup beperformed PRIOR to performing a RAID-split. For more information on systembackups, refer to the CallPilot Manager online Help.To split the RAIDATTENTIONBecause the 703t has only one physical drive per channel, the RAID splittingcan be done using the Windows MegaRAID console without risk of CallPilotdatabase corruption.Nortel CallPilot703t Server Maintenance and DiagnosticsNN44200-702 01.03 Standard5.0 3 April 2007Copyright © 2007, Nortel Networks Nortel Networks Confidential.
