Open the [Control Panel] and double-click on[Network].2. Click on [Add...] button on [Services] screen toadd [Microsoft TCP/IP printing].3. Click on [OK] button and end setting up of[Network].4. Double-click on [Printers], then double-click on[Add Printer].5. [Add Printer Wizard] is displayed. For printermanagement, select [My computer] and click on[Next>].6. On the port selection screen, click on [Add port.].7. Select [LPR Port] on [Printer Ports] screen andclick on [New Port...].8. On [Add LPR compatible printer] screen, enter IPaddress to be assigned to this network card in thetext box [Name or address of server providinglpd:].Note: For the IP address setup when DHCP Serveris used, please refer to “IP address setting inDHCP server environment” on page 29.9. Enter an appropriate name so that this printer canbe distinguished from others on the network inthe text box [Name of printer or print queue onthat server:] and click on [OK].10. The address and the printer name are added to[Available ports:] and the check box(es) ischecked.11. Click on [Next>].12. Click on [Have Disk...].13. Insert the printer driver CD-ROM into the CDdrive and click on [OK].14.
