Using elements of the handheld interface21Command buttons These appear in dialog boxes and at the bottom ofapplication screens.To select a command button, do one of the following:n Tap a button to perform a command.n Press Select on the navigator to select a button such asOK, Yes, or Done.n Press Function + Enter to select the OK, Done, orYes button.n Press Function + Backspace , to select the Cancelor No button.Previous/next arrows The left and right arrows display the previous and nextrecord; the up and down arrows display the previous andnext page of information.To use the arrows, do one of the following:n Tap the arrows.n Use Right, Left, Up, or Down on the navigator.Pick list A list of choices that you can select from.To use the pick list:n Tap the arrow to display a list of choices.n Tap an item in the list.n Use Up or Down on the navigator to scroll through the listand select an item.Scroll bar A bar that enables you to scroll up and down a page.To use the scroll bars:n Drag the slider, or tap the top or bottom arrow, to scrollthe display one line at a time.n To scroll to the previous page, tap the scroll bar just abovethe slider. To scroll to the next page, tap the scroll bar justbelow the slider.n You can also scroll to the previous and next pages bypressing Up and Down on the navigator.
