It is recorded in a folderwith a new number.1 When the folder just recorded to containsa picture file with the number 999 in it(example: P1000999.JPG).2 When the card just recorded to contains,for example, a folder with the number100 [100_PANA] in it and that card isremoved and replaced with a card thathas a folder with the number 100 in itrecorded by a camera from a differentmaker (100XXXXX, with XXXXX beingthe name of the maker) and then apicture is recorded.3 When recording after selecting[NO.RESET] (P29) from the [SETUP]menu.
