Station Programming allows you, the proprietary telephone (PT) user, to program certainfeatures from your telephone individually. To program, you need to switch your telephone tothe Station Programming mode. And during the programming mode, your telephone is put ina busy condition to outside caller. If you want to make a normal call handling operation, youshould finish the programming mode.Programming Mode DisplayWhen you enter the Station Programming mode, the display shows the following message asthe initial programming mode;And the display gives you the helpful or stored data information relating to yourprogramming steps. In this section, we note the display example at the programming steps ifrequired. You can also refer to “Display Examples” in the Appendix (Section 8).To enter the Station Programming modeBe sure the telephone is idle and on-hook.1. Press the PROGRAM button.2. Dial 99.• If 99 is not dialed within 5 seconds of pressing the PROGRAMbutton, the Station Programming mode is cancelled.• The display shows:(— initial programming display)• The STORE indicator light turns on.• If there is no operational entry for 1 minute, the StationProgramming mode is cancelled. Normal call handling resumes.To exit the Station Programming modeWhen the display shows the initial programming mode;1.
