When using the KX-VC300:• The computer’s screen is shown on the display. The otherparty’s display also shows the same screen.Note(When using the KX-VC300/KX-VC600)• When using H.323 or connecting to an MCU ornon-Panasonic video conference system, the same screenmay not be shown on the other party’s display depending onthe other party’s screen layout. Ask the other party to changetheir screen layout to display your computer’s screen.• When using H.323 or connecting to an MCU ornon-Panasonic video conference system, you may not beable to display the computer’s screen on the other party’sdisplay. An error message is displayed. To return todisplaying your main video camera’s image, press [Enter].• Pressing [Full Screen] on the remote control will hide orunhide the other party’s information, duration, and guidedisplays.• When connecting to another Panasonic HD VisualCommunication Unit:– While displaying your computer’s screen, the other partycannot press [PC] to display their own computer’sscreen.– If a sub video camera is connected, you can also switchto the sub video camera’s image by pressing [CameraSub] (Page 74). Only the party that pressed [PC] canperform this operation. To return to displaying yourcomputer’s screen, press [PC].– While displaying your computer’s screen, you canswitch to displaying the other party’s image in Layout1 by pressing [B] (Page 45, Page 47, Page 50).However, the other party cannot perform this operation,and the other party cannot confirm if you are viewingyour computer’s screen or the other party’s image.When viewing the other party’s image, the screen layoutis fixed to Layout 1.
