LRI4E / HRI4E Direct Vent Gas Insert | 21|21installation919-409 07/07/142LRI4E / HZRI4E6) Re-attach the Pressure Regulator wire, and re-situate the Gas Valve,secure the screws that fasten the Gas Valve Mounting Brackets.7) Remove burner (see burner removal section in manual).11) Ensure the pilot light is in the correct orientation to the Burner.Reconnect the gas and electrical supply to the appliance. Start theappliance. (see section on Lighting Instructions) Ensure that pilot andburner ignition is completed without delay. Check both your inlet andoutlet pressures at full load. With a soapy solution, leak test the entiresystem. Verify both the correct flame and pilot appearance.12) See Gas Pipe Pressure Testing in manual.13) Adjust aerations settings - see Air Shutter Adjustment section in themanual.9) Remove pilot retainer clip with pliers and pull off the pilot cap to exposethe pilot orifice.10) Unscrew the pilot orifice with the allen key; then replace with the LPGpilot orifice and the pilot cap, provided in the kit.Installer Notice:These instructions must be leftwith the appliance.Pilot retainer clip8) Using a 3/8” socket wrench, loosen and remove the main gas orifice.Replace with the LP gas orifice. Confi rm the orifice size marked on theOrifi ce with the Rating Label on the appliance
