Please handle withcare. The enamel panels require an insulation panel installed behindthem. Failure to do so may result in an elevated operating temperatureand premature failure of the appliance. The Insulation panels may containfibre glass or ceramic elements. These may become airborne or stick tocarpets and/or clothing. Handle with caution.The use of work gloves and dust masks is recommended when handlingpanels and insulation.2) Place the insulation panels on the inside of their respective firebox liners.Have both the rear liner and the right liner within reach of the Firebox.The rear liner has one long edge with perpendicular lip and one longedge with a lip angled downward. The angled lip is the top of the panel.The liner sits on a sheet metal ledge at the rear of the firebox, just abovethe air inlet near the bottom.While holding the rear liner in place, slide the firebox liner right (and thecorresponding insulation panel) into the right side of the Firebox. The sideliners will sit on the firebox liner retainers and fit at the top in-between thefirebox side and the exhaust baffle. The rear flange on the Firebox LinerSide, sits between the rear liner and the firebox side. The rear flange of the liner mustfit between the firebox liner rear and the firebox. You may have to pushthe liner against the firebox as you push it rearward.1) Remove filler sections from right and left sides of the burner and discard- see below.Filler sectionBefore you start:Black Enamel panels• Black Enamel panels must be inspected for scratches and dimples priorto installation. All claims to be recorded at this time.Claims for damage after installation will not receive consideration.• Black Enamel panels will discolor a little during normal operation. This isnormal and should not be considered a defect.* All hand and finger marks mUst be cleaned off with a soft cloth. Usean ammonia based cleaner (ie. glass cleaner) to remove any fingerprintsbefore applying heat to the unit.Failure to do this will result in burn stains on panels which you willbe unable to remove.
