Visually check the flameof the burner periodically, making sure theflames are steady; not lifting or floating. If thereis a problem, call a qualified service person.4) The appliance and venting system must beinspected before use, and at least annually,by a qualified field service person, to ensurethat the flow of combustion and ventilation airis not obstructed.During the annual service call, the burnersshould be removed from the burner tray andcleaned. Replace the embers but do not blockthe pilot.5) Keep the area near the appliance clear andfree from combustible materials, gasoline andother flammable vapours and liquids6) Each time the appliance is lit, it may causecondensation and fog the glass. This conden-sation and fog is normal and will disappear ina few minutes as the glass heats up.Never operate the appliance without theglass properly secured in place or with thedoor open.7) Do not use this appliance if any part has beenunder water. Immediately call a qualified serv-ice technician to inspect the appliance and toreplace nay part of the control system and anygas control which has been under water.8) Periodically check the pilot flames.
