Hotel User Guide Basic Administration34DISPLAYING A CALL COST OR TIMERThis feature is provided to allow a display keyphone to show the costor duration of a call. The real-time call cost, or the elapsed calltime—depending on what is selected for the keyphone during sys-tem setup—is displayed in the top right of the keyphone displaywhile a call is in progress. It is useful, for example, if a guest re-quests to make a call from the front desk (Administrator’s) key-phone.This feature is automatically activated when a call is made if it isprogrammed into the system.
