For example, threecopies of a three-page collated job will result inthree sets of copies in 1, 2, 3 order. Three copiesof a three-page uncollated job will result in outputin the order 1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 2, 3, 3, 3.If the DocuColor 12 does not have a Sorter/Mailbox, only one output tray is listed, asillustrated in Figure 9. No other option is available.If the DocuColor 12 has a Sorter/Mailbox, outputmay be directed to the Sorter/Mailbox Bins orOffset Catch Tray. Use the following procedure tomake your choice.On the Basic Copying tab, touch the appropriateCopy Output option, as illustrated in Figure 10:• Touch Auto Output to direct collated output tothe Offset Catch Tray.• Touch Collated to direct up to 10 sets ofcollated output to the Sorter/Mailbox Bins.• Touch Uncollated to direct uncollated outputto the Sorter/Mailbox Bins.If the job has more than 10 originaldocuments, production will pause after thetenth set has been delivered until you clearthe bins of all output and press Start.Figure 9: Copy Outputwithout optional Sorter/MailboxFigure 10: Copy Output optionswith optional Sorter/Mailbox
