The contaminationappears as a very light gray dusting. The printer displays no error code.NoteDepending on the type of paper and environmental conditions, some lightamount of random background spotting (backgrounding) is normal. Thewhiter and glossier the paper, the more noticeable it will be.Initial Actions:■ Ensure color correction is not set to None in the printer’s dialog box.■ Ask the customer about their typical printing habits.
