Tap > Delete.The phone screen prompts you are sure to delete.4. Select OK.If you want to delete all paging groups, you can tapDelete All .Sending Multicast PagingProcedure1. Do one of the following to enter the paging list:• When the phone is idle, tap or navigate to Menu > Setting > Features > Paging List.• During a call, navigate to More > Paging.2. Tap the desired item.Both your phone and receiver’s phone play a warning tone and the multicast RTP session will be automaticallyanswered on the receiver’s phone in the speakerphone (hands-free) mode.Receiving Multicast PagingYour system administrator has set a listening paging group for you, and then you can receive a paging call when thephone is idle. The paging call is automatically answered on your phone. When there is a voice call or a paging call inprogress, or when DND is activated on your phone, the phone handles the new paging call differently which dependson multicast listening settings configured by your system administrator.Managing a Paging CallProcedureDuring a paging call, you can do the following:• Tap Hold to place the current paging call on hold. The paging call is placed on hold and receiver’s phonereleases the session.• Tap Resume to resume the held paging call. The multicast RTP session is re-established.• Tap End Call to end the paging call.Privacy ModePrivacy mode allows you to hide your presence information, so that your presence information is only visible to thecontacts in your Skype for Business directory. However, your status is offline to other contacts in Microsoft ActiveDirectory domain.Note: Microsoft Active Directory includes all Skype for Business users configured by the systemadministrator. You can add them as your Skype for Business contacts.
