C The dish consists of a glass bowl, a lid with ahole for the injector tube (C) and a steel grill toput at the bottom of the baking dish.C DThe injector and the injector tube. “C” is the in-jector tube for steam cooking, “D” is the injectorfor direct steam cooking.Steam cooking in a dietary baking dishPut the food onto the steel grill in the bakingdish and put the lid on it. Put the injector tubeinto the special hole in the lid of the dietary bak-ing dish. Put the baking dish onto the secondshelf position from the bottom. Put the otherend of the injector tube into the steam inlet (re-fer to “Product Description” chapter).Make sure that you do not crush the injectortube or let it touch a heating element on the topof the oven.
