If you deactivate the appli-ance, the cooling fan continues to operate untilthe temperature in the appliance cools down.Safety thermostatIncorrect operation of the appliance or defectivecomponents can cause dangerous overheating.To prevent this, the oven has a safety thermo-stat which interrupts the power supply. Theoven activates again automatically when thetemperature drops.Helpful hints and tips• The appliance has five shelf levels. Count theshelf levels from the bottom of the appliancefloor.• The appliance has a special system whichcirculates the air and constantly recycles thesteam. To prevent the smoke condensation, addwater each time after it dries up.Cooking timesCooking times depend on the type of food, itsconsistency, and volume.Initially, monitor the performance when youcook.
