• Remove the fuses in the fuse box or deacti-vate the circuit breaker.Put a cloth on the bottom of the oven toprevent damage to the oven light and glasscover.Always hold the halogen lamp with a cloth toprevent grease residue from burning on thelamp.1. Install the glass cover.Cleaning the water tankWarning! Do not put water into the watertank during the cleaning procedure.During the cleaning procedure, some watercan drip from the steam inlet onto the cavi-ty of the oven. Put a dripping pan on the shelflevel directly below the steam inlet to preventwater from falling onto the bottom of the ovencavity.After some time, you can have lime deposits inyour oven. To prevent this, clean the parts of theoven that generate the steam. Empty the tankafter each steam cooking.1. Fill in the water tank with 850 ml of waterand 50 ml of citric acid (five teaspoons).Deactivate the oven and wait for approxi-mately 60 minutes.2. Activate the oven and set the True Fan +Steam function. Set the temperature 230°C. Deactivate it after 25 minutes and let itcool down for 15 minutes.3. Activate the oven and set the True Fan +Steam function. Set the temperature be-tween 130 and 230 °C. Deactivate it after10 minutes. Let it cool down and continuewith the removal of the tank contents (referto "Emptying the water tank").4. Rinse the water tank and clean the remain-ing lime residue in the oven with a cloth.5. Clean the drain pipe by hand in warm waterwith soap.
