QUICKSTART LSM 510Carl Zeiss Switching on the System LSM 510 META4-10 B 45-0008 e 10/024.2.2 Switching on the Enterprise UVLaser• If the UV laser is required, switch it on via thetoggle switch (4-6/1) of the power supply.− It will be ready for operation after a fewseconds.4.2.3 Starting the LSM 5 ProgramThe LSM 5 software program can be operated intwo different modes (with or without connectedinstrument system). In the on-line mode, the entireprogram package (image recording and analysis) isavailable, while only a part of the softwarefunctions (image analysis only of already storedimages) and no hardware functions are available inthe off-line mode. Of course, the off-line modecan also be started when the instrument system isconnected.
