Depending on how youconfigure the system’s dial plan, the telephone user can specify thedestination in two ways:■ If the dial plan is configured for site codes, the telephone userspecifies the destination site code followed by the extension of theperson for whom the voice mail message is intended.■ If the dial plan is configured without site codes, the telephone userspecifies the extension of the person for whom the message isintended.
