380 CHAPTER 16: NETWORK MANAGEMENTStandard SNMPv3MIBsThe system supports the following standard SNMPv3 MIBs. Whereapplicable, you can configure SNMPv2 through these MIBs as well.■ SNMP-FRAMEWORK-MIBSupported: The standard Framework and Conformance MIB■ SNMP-MPD-MIBSupported: The standard Message Processing and Dispatch MIB andConformance MIB■ SNMP-TARGET-MIB and SNMP-NOTIFICATION-MIBSupported: The standard Target, Notification, and Conformance MIBsFilter-related tables might impose a maximum limit of zero entries, effectively disabling this feature. The system supports up to eightnotification targets entries.■ SNMP-USER-BASED-SM-MIBSupported: The standard User-based Security Model andConformance MIBThe default table is initialized according to the Security Posture ofminimum-secure. User table entries are instantiated and keys aregenerated based on each system login user name and password inforce when the SNMPv3 software version is first upgraded.■ SNMP-VIEW-BASED-ACM-MIBSupported: The standard View-based Access Control Module andConformance MIBThis MIB is read-only and has permanent entries. The default securityconfiguration is initial-minimum-security-configuration.The vacmSecurityToGroupTable contains the current mapping ofusernames to groups. One row exists for each username configured. The vacmAccessTable contains four permanent entries (one for eachaccess level) and one additional entry for security access.■ SNMP-COMMUNITY-MIBThe standard Community and Conformance MIB is not required.Other IEEE/RFC MIBs The NBX Enterprise MIB, which is a private MIB, provides informationabout the status of the system.
