You can dial the recipients' numbersusing either of the following dialing methods.One-touch speed dialing (MX870 series):Up to 3 destinationsCoded speed dialing:Up to 100 destinations for MX870 series, 20 destinations for MX350 seriesRegular dialing (using the Numeric buttons) or redialing:One destinationYou can enter the destinations in any order, but be sure to press the OK button after your entry withthe Numeric buttons.NoteIf you frequently send documents to the same group of recipients, you can group these numbers forgroup dialing. This will allow you to send documents to all the recipients in the group by simplypressing one or a few buttons. For details, see Registering Group Dial Numbers .For the preparations required to send faxes, or the basic procedure for sending faxes using theNumeric buttons, refer to Sending Faxes .ImportantIt may be possible that faxes will reach unintended recipients due to the misdialing or incorrectregistration of fax/telephone numbers.
