Right-click the Canon XXX Printer icon, then select Printer properties (Windows 7) orProperties (Windows Vista, Windows XP or Windows 2000).4. If printing starts normally, there is aproblem with the relay device. Consult the reseller of the relay device for details.There could also be a problem with the USB cable.
