Checking and Changing the Status of Print Jobs 7-157 Checking Job and Device StatusErasing Print DataWhen a print job is canceled from a personal computer, or when less than one page of data isreceived by the machine, print data can sometimes remain in the machine’s memory. This can pre-vent the machine from receiving the data for the next job. In such cases, use the following procedureto erase the print data from the memory.NOTE• Print data can only be erased for jobs sent from a personal computer.5 Press the [Pause] key.NOTE• When you press the [Pause] key, the keychanges to a [Restart] key.
