The faceplate RS232 port is intended for localuse and is fixed at 19200 baud and no parity. The rear COM1 port type is selected when ordering: either an Ethernet orRS485 port. The rear COM2 port is RS485. The RS485 ports have settings for baud rate and parity. It is important thatthese parameters agree with the settings used on the computer or other equipment that is connected to these ports. Any ofthese ports may be connected to a computer running EnerVista UR Setup. This software can download and upload settingfiles, view measured parameters, and upgrade the relay firmware.
