This sectiononly contains the additional pages and features foundin the Main Menu that have not been discussed yet.Press the MENU key twice to open the Main Menu.To view a particular page, highlight the page’s iconand press ENTER.Main MenuUsing the AltimeterYour 76CS Plus contains a barometer thatdetermines the ambient air pressure, or thepressure around you. Once a pressure readinghas been obtained, you need to calibrate thebarometric altimeter.Refer to page 7 to learn how to calibrate your altim-eter. For more information about using the Altim-eter, refer to the FAQ section of the Garmin Web site:http://www.garmin.com/support/faqs/.The Altimeter page provides you with a variety ofelevation and pressure information. You must havean active track log to see the elevation profile. If youhave cleared your track log, you will not be able toview your elevation profile.
