Removing and Replacing the Cooling FanTo remove the cooling fan:1. Perform the cover removal procedure. Refer to “Removing and Replacing theCover” on page 26.2. Disconnect the power supply connector (J2) (1 in Figure 14) between thepower supply and the cooling fan.3. Remove the two screws, lockwashers, and nuts 2 that secure the cooling fanto the rear of the 7208 Tape Drive.4. Lift the cooling fan out of the 7208 Tape Drive.To replace the cooling fan, reverse the removal procedure.
