If the memory resources are exhausted during POST,you receive a 00180100 POST error message. Changing the boot priority canchange the sequence of memory rescources allocation, resulting in the 00180100POST error message.You also can select which PCI SCSI adapter is given boot precedence. The firstdrive that is attached to the selected adapter will be assigned drive number 80Land the operating system will start from that drive. The default for bootprecedence is Disabled. The range of choices depends upon the number of PCISCSI adapters installed in the server.You can enable a virus-detection test that checks for changes in the master bootrecord at startup. You also can choose to run POST in the enhanced mode or thequick mode.v Advanced SetupSelect this choice to change values for advanced hardware features, such ascache control, and PCI configuration. This choice appears only on the fullConfiguration/Setup Utility main menu.A warning message appears above the choices on this menu to alert you that thesystem might malfunction if these options are configured incorrectly. If this occurs, you must manuallyenable the memory bank after the problem is corrected.
