6 MENU SCREEN6-4■ Near StationNear Station[MENU] > Near StationDisplays nearest stations saved in the Memory channel.z Select a Memory channel, and then push [ENTER] to receive.L Maximum of 50 stations are displayed.L Stations within 160 km are displayed.NOTE:• Confirm the “Internal GPS” is selected in the Menu screen.([MENU] > GPS > GPS Set > GPS Select) (p. 6-12)• “No Station Found” is displayed if there are no stations within 160 km.• “GPS is invalid. Search by last valid position.” is displayed if previously received positiondata is valid.■ ScanPause Timer (Default: 10sec)[MENU] > Scan > Pause TimerSelect the Scan Pause Timer. When receiving a signal, the scan pauses for this setperiod of time.L Individually selectable for A band and B band.• 2sec ~ 20sec: When a signal is received, the scan pauses for 2 ~ 20 seconds (in 2second steps).• HOLD: The scan pauses on a received signal until the signal disappears.Resume Timer (Default: 2sec)[MENU] > Scan > Resume TimerSelect the scan Resume Timer. When a received signal disappears, the scan resumesfor this set period of time.L Individually selectable for A band and B band.• 0sec: The scan resumes immediately after the signal disappears.• 1sec ~ 5sec: The scan resumes 1 ~ 5 seconds after the signal disappears.• HOLD: The scan remains paused for the Pause Timer setting, even if thesignal disappears.NOTE: Rotate [DIAL] to resume the scan. The Resume Timer must be set shorter thanthe Pause Timer, otherwise this timer does not work properly.Temporary Skip Timer (Default: 5min)[MENU] > Scan > Temporary Skip TimerSet the Temporary Skip Timer to 5, 10, or 15 minutes. The unwanted frequencies thatare set as Skip channels (PSKIP or SKIP) are skipped for this set period of time during ascan. This timer is activated for the VFO scan, and Memory scan.L Individually settable for A band and B band.
