Hopper System266Service Manual – CS70009. To install the hopper lift cylinder, place it inposition at the lower pivot point and reinstallthe Hinge Pin Weldment, and the 1/4”-20 Screw.10. Use Wire Ties or other suitable strapping tosupport the Hydraulic Cylinder while you workon the system. (See adjacent photo.)11. Reinstall elbow fittings and attach the hosefrom the lower cylinder port to the up port onthe pump assembly.12. Fill the reservoir with 10W 30 engine oil.Note: In the remaining steps it isimportant that the oil levelalways be maintained above theminimum mark on the reservoir.13. Operate the pump by pressing the hopper upswitch on the control panel until the cylinderis fully extended.14. Reattach the hose from the upper cylinder tothe down port of the pump assembly.15. Reattach the upper cylinder yoke alongwith the red safety support, flange bearing,cylinder pin and retaining ring.16.
