You can use Open Voices sessions with one callerper access channel for small contact centers on CS 1000E instead ofGIVE CONTROLLED BROADCAST. For more information, see NortelProduct Bulletin P-2006-0312_Global.ATTENTION Ensure that you correctly set the value of the MaximumPorts With Queuing For Broadcast option in the GlobalSettings window on the client. If you set this value to begreater than the actual number of ports in the IVR ACD-DN, call processing suspends at this statement even if noports are free for the call. The calls queue until aconnection to the port becomes free. However, if you setthis value equal to or less than the number of ports in theIVR ACD-DN, the caller only hears the broadcast if a portwith free capacity is available to connect the call (if allports are used, the call skips this statement and goes to thenext statement in the script).
