It can:• discover the call server equipment that it supports• display the information for the slot or port to which the call servercomponents are attached• discover the TLAN and ELAN connections on a CS 1000 SignalingServerENMS differs from the Communication Server 1000 Telephony Manager inthat ENMS is a comprehensive monitoring platform for virtually all Nortelproducts, while Communication Server 1000 Telephony Manager supportsonly VoIP products and features. ENMS is the product that ties all the othermanagement packages together.ENMS 10.5 makes convergence management quick and easy with theConverged View in the new IP Service Management (IPSM) display. TheIPSM display provides a business-oriented overview of the ConvergenceService. With IPSM, an operator can see the status of overall service levelthat is being provided, and easily zoom in with detailed troubleshootingtools if a problem is indicated. If a phone is unreachable, or if there is adegradation of quality in a call, it is indicated in the IPSM tabular view.
