Viewer and Vision Replay Standard 3.0160 Nortel TDM RecorderViewer replay orderSubsequent to any redirection rules (see above) the system checks a replayorder preference list to see if the call should be pulled from the Recorder orfrom the Archive device. If the call exists, and is available on both systems, then the call will be pulled from the device highest in the list. The systemwill not redirect the call to a viewer that is closest to the Archive server to beused.Viewer configuration databaseMultiple Viewer servers can share the viewer configuration database. In thiscase all but the Roles definitions are common between the systems. Thisallows queries to be managed centrally and for the redirection tables to beentered only once. In some cases it may be helpful to have a differentdatabase as global settings, which, like redirection, can then be variedbetween servers. This, however, means the loss of the global configurationof the systems.Roles are configured on each server. However, as long as the recommendeduse of groups is used to manage who is given access to a feature, thenplacing a user into the appropriate group will result in them beingconfigured on all systems. If individual users are configured, they must beconfigured on all sites.Call Flow scenariosViewer with Viewer and Adapters scenarioThe following shows Viewer centralized with Viewers and Adapters at eachremote site
