NortelTDM Recorder uses a separate server so that other servers can access thedata without degrading the performance of the recorder.Voice cardsOnly Ai-Logix cards (T1 or E1) are used in the Nortel TDM Recorderinfrastructure. These can be either Digital or Analog card types. For mostACD switches, these server-resident voice cards provide the full interface tothe contact center's telephony infrastructure.
