If the print quality does notimprove after carrying out the appropriate action, contact ourPrinter Support Desk.SYMPTOM CAUSES SOLUTIONSLight Prints -The overallimage is lighter than normal.1. The paper may bedamp.2. You may be using Draftmode.3. The toner level may below.4. Drum cartridge nearend of life.1. Replace the paper.2. Turn off Draft mode.3. If the toner cartridgeis low on toner, replaceit.4. Replace drumcartridge.Blank Prints - The entire pageis blank with no visible print.1. If you just installed anew drum cartridge, theyellow sealing tape maystill be in place.2. Multiple sheets mayhave been fed from thepaper tray at the sametime.3. Printable data may nothave been received fromthe computer.1. Remove the tape.2. Remove the paperfrom the paper tray andfan it. Also, ensure thatthe paper is correctlyloaded in the tray.3. Print a ConfigurationPage.- If the ConfigurationPage prints correctly,check the interface cablebetween the computerand printer, the printersetup, and applicationsoftware.- If the ConfigurationPage is blank, replacethe drum cartridge thenreprint the ConfigurationPage.
