Available settings are on and off.02:MCF (MULTI-LOC.): This function automatically prints a MessageConfirmation Report after each multiple location transmission. Availablesettings are on and off.03:ERR REPORT (MCF): This function automatically prints a MessageConfirmation Report each time an error occurs during a transmission orpolling reception operation. Available settings are on and off.04:IMAGE IN MCF: When a Message Confirmation Report isautomatically printed, this function adds a portion of the first page your faxmachine transmitted. This is printed at the bottom of the messageconfirmation report. Available settings are on and off.05:SENDER ID: This function controls the printing of the Sender ID ofyour fax machine on the faxes you send. When turned on, your Sender IDwill be printed on each page slightly outside the image area of yourdocument. When turned off, your Sender ID will not be printed.06:MONITOR VOLUME: This function sets the volume your faxmachine uses for telephone line monitoring sounds during dialling.Available settings are low, high and off.07:BUZZER VOLUME: This function sets the volume of the variousbeep and alarm tones your fax machine emits during operations. Availablesettings are low, middle and high.08:CLOSED NETWORK: This function allows you to program your faxmachine to refuse to receive faxes from or transmit faxes to locationswhose telephone numbers have not been programmed into the One Touchkeys or Auto Dial numbers of your fax machine. Using this function, youcan set up a closed network of fax machines. If you do not want your faxmachine to transmit faxes to or receive faxes from locations outside yournetwork, select T/R. If you only want your fax machine to refuse to receivefaxes from outside your network, select RX. Available settings are OFF,T/R and RX.
