73CHAPTER 5Using Address BookAddress Book enables you to keep names, addresses, phone numbers, andother information about your personal or business contacts. Use AddressBook to do the following: Quickly look up or enter names, addresses, phone numbers, and otherinformation. Enter up to five phone numbers (home, work, fax, mobile, and so on) or e-mailaddresses for each name. Define which phone number appears in the Address list for each Address Bookentry. Attach a note to each Address Book entry, in which you can enter additionalinformation about the entry. Assign Address Book entries to categories so that you can organize and viewthem in logical groups. Create your own digital business card that you can beam using e-mail to otherdevices with an infrared (IR) port.NOTE You can encrypt your Address Book entries.
