Advanced (Recording pictures)58VQT1J82About the white balance fine adjustment• You can finely adjust the white balanceindependently for each white balanceitem.• The white balance fine adjustment settingis reflected in the picture when using theflash.• The white balance fine adjustment settingis memorized even if the camera is turnedoff.• The white balance fine adjustment level in[ ] returns to [0] when you reset thewhite balance using [ ].• You cannot finely adjust the white balancewhen [COL.MODE] (P65) is set to [B/W],[SEPIA], [COOL] or [WARM].Press [ ] to display the [REC] modemenu and select the item to set. (P55)The camera will automatically set theoptimal ISO sensitivity and the shutterspeed to the movement of the subject andthe surrounding brightness.• One of the following maximum ISOsensitivity levels can be selected. Thehigher the value set for the ISO sensitivity,the more the jitter is reduced but thegreater the amount of picture noise.• Jitter is avoided when taking picturesindoors of a moving subject by increasingthe ISO sensitivity and making the shutterspeed faster.• Noise is avoided when taking picturesindoors of a subject with no movement bydecreasing the ISO sensitivity.• When you press the shutter buttonhalfway, [ ] A appears.
