The DEFAULT 1 command sets the following mode: MASTER, PAM 32, BASERATE 89,ANNEX B, transmission of the E1 stream and Ethernet over SHDSL. The DEFAULT 2 command sets the following mode: SLAVE, PAM 32, BASERATE AUTO,ANNEX A/B, transmission of the E1 stream and Ethernet over SHDSL.
