4-48 Chapter 4Business Features Package6.A SELECTED TRUNK WAS BUSYPegged every time a trunk or trunk group was busy regardless of the manner in which it wasselected (e.g. DTS key, LCR, “9”, 7xx, Trunk Group Select, Speed Dial, External Call For-ward, DISA).7.INTERNAL CALLS COMPLETEDThese are all internal calls that were completed to any station, station group or device.8.INTERNAL CALLS NOT COMPLETEDThese are all internal calls that were not answered and resulted in the calling party hangingup. A call to a station group that overflows to another station is considered not answeredwhether the overflow destination did or did not answer.9.TRUNK RECALLS TO STATIONThese are trunk calls that were placed on any kind of hold and recalled a station; and alsotrunk calls that were transferred, were not answered, and recalled the transferring station.This includes members of the operator group that put calls on hold which then recall the op-erator’s station.10.TRUNK RECALLS TO OPERATOR GROUPThese are any trunk calls that recalled to the operator group.11. INTERNAL PAGE USEDPeg count of every time internal page was accessed.12.EXTERNAL PAGE USEDPeg count for every time external page was accessed.13.ALL PAGE USEDPeg count of every time the All Page feature was accessed. This does not include internal orexternal page, 55+ * or PAGE *.1.GROUPA listing of all trunk groups assigned in the system.2.OUTGOINGThis is the number of outgoing trunk calls made using each trunk group. Pegged every timea member of this trunk group was used to make a valid outgoing call.
