At the control panel, press the Job Status button.2. To view a list of active jobs, touch Active Jobs.3. To view a list of completed jobs, touch Completed Jobs.4. To view a list of secure faxes received, touch Secure Fax Receive.Using the Integrated Troubleshooting ToolsYour printer has a printable set of reports. Two of them, the Demo Page and the Error History report, canhelp with troubleshooting certain problems. The Demo Page prints an image to show the current abilityof the printer to print. The Error History report prints information on the most recent printer errors.Printing Information Pages1. At the printer control panel, press the Machine Status button.2. On the Machine Information tab, touch Information Pages, then touch the desired informationpage.3. Touch Print.Note: Information pages can also be printed from Xerox ® CentreWare® Internet Services.Setting Rights to Access the Configuration Report and Information Pages1. At the printer control panel, press the Machine Status button, then touch the Tools tab.2. Touch Device Settings > Configuration / Information Pages.Note: If this feature does not appear, log in as a system administrator. For details, see Logging In asthe System Administrator at the Control Panel.3. To restrict users from printing the Configuration Report and Information Pages, touch SystemAdministrator Only. To allow all users access, touch All Users.4. To print the Configuration Report at power on, touch Yes. To disable the setting, touch No.5. Touch OK.
