9 AlarmFS100 9.2 Alarm Display9-29.2 Alarm Display9.2.1 Displaying and Releasing AlarmIf an alarm occurs during operation, the manipulator stops immediatelyand the ALARM window appears on the programming pendant indicatingthat the machine was stopped by an alarm.If more than one alarm occurs simultaneously, all the alarms aredisplayed.Scroll the viewing area with the cursor to view the alarm that is notcurrently displayed on the viewing area.The following operations are available in the alarm status: windowchange, mode change, alarm reset, and emergency stop. If the window ischanged to another window during alarm occurrence, the ALARM windowcan be shown again by selecting {SYSTEM INFO} under the main menuand then selecting {ALARM}.9.2.1.1 Releasing AlarmsAlarms are classified by minor and major alarms.• Minor AlarmsSelect "RESET" on the ALARM window to release alarms.Or, turn ON the system signal "ALARM RESET" when using anexternal input signal (system input).• Major AlarmsIf a severe alarm such as hardware failure occurs, servo power isautomatically shut OFF and the manipulator stops.
