The unit can receivevarious types of Radio Data System data, such as“Program Service”, “Program Type,” “Radio Text” and“Clock Time”, when it is tuned into a Radio Data Systembroadcasting station.■ Displaying the Radio Data Systeminformation1 Tune into the desired Radio Data Systembroadcasting station.yWe recommend using “Auto Preset” to tune into the Radio DataSystem broadcasting stations (p.18).2 Press DISPLAY.Each time you press the key, the displayed itemchanges.About 3 seconds later, the corresponding informationfor the displayed item appears.“Program Service”, “Program Type”, “Radio Text”, and “ClockTime” are not displayed if the radio station does not provide theRadio Data System service.■ Receiving traffic informationautomaticallyWhen “TUNER” is selected as the input source, the unitautomatically receives traffic information. To enable thisfunction, follow the procedure below to set the trafficinformation station.1 When “TUNER” is selected as the inputsource, press OPTION.2 Use the cursor keys to select“TrafficProgram” and press ENTER.The traffic information station search will start in5 seconds.
