Check the SIS for the most current and approved version of this document.3.1.4 Fundus VarioView ReplacementTools and aids: 1.5 mm hex key 3 mm hex key 4 mm hex keyPrecondition: The Power Module has been switched off Accessories, e.g. the Tonometer has been removedProcedure1) Support the tube using one hand2) Loose, but do not remove the fixation screw(1.5 mm hex key) using the other hand3) Carefully remove the tube, see Fig. 11.4) Remove the main fixation screw (4 mm hexkey) and remove the observation unit,see Fig. 12.5) Carefully disconnect the cable, see Fig. 13.6) Place the observation unit at a clean and flatsurface.7) Remove 4 fixation screws (4 mm hex key) atthe front objective, please consider that the 4screws are attached to the magnificationchanger.8) Carefully remove the Fundus VarioView unit.Reassembly1) Reassemble in reverse order.NOTEWhen attaching to observation unitto the arm, take care of the cableposition.
