Check the SIS for the most current and approved version of this document.3.3.6 Head Rest ReplacementTools and aids: 3 mm hex keyPrecondition: The Power Module has been switched off Remove the SL 800 inclusive baseplate from any instrument tableProcedure1) Disconnect the fixation light cable frompower supply, if the fixation light connectoris part of the head rest.2) Position the base plate over the table edge,to access the head rest screws from below,see Fig. 39.3) Remove the three fixation screws (3 mm hexkey) at each side of the head rest stand,see Fig. 40.4) Remove the head rest.Fig. 39: Base plate position for head rest removalReassembly1) Reassemble in reverse order.2) For head rest units with fixation lightconnectors, connect the USB cable to thepower module.Fig. 40: Head rest fixation screws (view frombelow the table).
