Check the SIS for the most current and approved version of this document.Reassembly1) Reassemble in reverse order.Fig. 30: Instrument base main cover removal3.3.3 Joystick ReplacementTools and aids: Retaining Ring Pliers Torx 10Precondition: The Power Module has been switched off Remove the operator panel Remove the instrument base coversProcedure1) Disconnect the joystick cable and remove thecable ties.2) Remove the retaining ring of the cogwheeland remove the cogwheel in upwardsdirection, see Fig. 31.3) Remove the three fixation screws (Torx 10) atthe joystick, see Fig. 32.4) Carefully push and lift the joystick towardsthe instrument base centre.5) Remove the joystick cap and use it for thereplacement part.Fig. 31: Cogwheel retaining ring positionReassembly1) Reassemble in reverse order.Fig. 32: Joystick removal
