On the Binary input module (BIM), the debounce filter default time is set to 5ms,that is, the counter suppresses pulses with a pulse length less than 5 ms. The inputoscillation blocking frequency is preset to 40 Hz meaning that the counter detectsthe input to oscillate if the input frequency is greater than 40 Hz. Oscillationsuppression is released at 30 Hz. Block/release values for oscillation can bechanged on the local HMI and PCM600 under Main menu/Configuration/I/Omodules.The setting is common for all input channels on BIM, that is, iflimit changes are made for inputs not connected to the pulsecounter, the setting also influences the inputs on the same boardused for pulse counting.16.2 Function for energy calculation and demandhandling ETPMMTR SEMOD153638-1 v216.2.1 IdentificationSEMOD175537-2 v4Function description IEC 61850identificationIEC 60617identificationANSI/IEEE C37.2device numberFunction for energy calculation anddemand handlingETPMMTR W_Varh -16.2.2 Application SEMOD175546-4 v5Energy calculation and demand handling function (ETPMMTR) is intended forstatistics of the forward and reverse active and reactive energy. It has a highaccuracy basically given by the measurements function (CVMMXN). This functionhas a site calibration possibility to further increase the total accuracy. The function is connected to the instantaneous outputs of (CVMMXN) as shown infigure 142.Section 16 1MRK 505 393-UEN BMetering352 Line differential protection RED650 2.2 IECApplication manual
